The bill (Reg. No. 2641) was elaborated in order to bring part three of article 1087 of the Civil Code (CC) in line with part one of article 92 of the Constitution of Ukraine.
Committee members drew attention to the fact that under part one of article 319 of the Civil Code, the owner owns, uses and administers his/her property at his/her sole discretion. The owner is not obliged to receive permission from other persons for such actions. Thus, people’s deputies believe that the suggestion to establish maximum allowable cash payment amounts for natural and legal persons, as well as for natural persons-entrepreneurs at the level of law cannot be upheld.
